Local to Halton Hills being residences of Halton for most of our lives, Today we enjoy the beautiful country side of Ballinafad, where here we live and raise our 4 young children. Following a combined successful 30 year career in Corporate IT consulting/sales, it was time for the both of us to move on, a logical move from our past lives in consulting and client support as we were always noted for placing our clients first.
The natural evolution of Real Estate helped us discover that a dramatic philosophical shift was needed in order to serve our clients at the highest level. As a result, we bring our Fortune 500 business practices, technology and discipline to a struggling and fragmented industry. Relationships aren't enough to sell real estate anymore. Competency standards must be pushed higher, the Team concept was needed in order to provide better client and sales support so we along with our sales representatives can be free to focus on what we do best: advising clients.
Over the past 10 years, the real estate industry has been hurt by an influx of under-qualified sales representatives looking to make a quick buck in a profession that emphasized volume and commissions over quality of life to the agents and service to their clients. Consequently, many home buyers and sellers have been frustrated with the lack of consistency, service and market knowledge of real estate agents, ranking them just above used car salesmen. It is here were TheLeporeTeam seeks to transform the client experience by moving away from the prevalent transaction-based brokerage structure to a service-based model that offers Team members unprecedented training, powerful tools and technology that enable them to provide extraordinary value to home buyers and sellers.
